Here's how traditional real estate works: You call an agent who comes over to list your home. Your agent will then take you out Saturday and Sunday to look at homes. When this happens, who is selling your home? When you hire a solo agent, you are working with someone who has a lot on their plate. They don't have the time to respond promptly to buyer inquiries if they're out showing you houses! With my team of brokers, we have specialized roles for every part of the transaction process.
