We do real estate quite a bit differently than any other team in the Triad area. No one sells homes like we do, which is why we sell homes at such a high volume.

Here's how traditional real estate works: You call an agent who comes over to list your home. After the second or third day of being on the market, you might start to get showing activity, so you ask your agent to show you some homes, thinking your home will sell soon. Your agent will then take you out Saturday and Sunday to look at homes. When this happens, who is selling your home? If your agent is too busy to help you buy a home, how can they make sure your current home is sold?

When you hire a solo agent, you are working with someone who has a lot on their plate. They don't have the time to respond promptly to buyer inquiries if they're out showing you houses! With my team of brokers, we have specialized roles for every part of the transaction process. We have listing brokers and marketing specialists who only deal with sellers - they are not allowed to work with buyers! On the other hand, I have buyer's agents who are exclusively working with buyers so they are not sidetracked.
